If you inform us within 30 days of purchase, we can offer you a refund or store credit to use on our website. We accept all returns that are damaged or defected, and we can offer you store credit if you change your mind about your order within 30 days of purchase — all you need to do is return! This gives our customers enough time to try and use our products, as well as to spot any faults or defects. We offer after care information to help give your products a happy, long life and we plan to set-up a loyalty scheme in the future so you get the most out of shopping with us.

I have spotted a fault with my item. Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you’re within the 30 day no questions asked, you can get a full refund from us with most of our products. We offer in-store credit for poufettes, cushions and rugs. Any other products, we offer a full refund direct to the card you purchased from. Please note, that all refunds require a return of the faulty/ defected products.

I am not happy with my product(s). How do I get a refund?

We have a 30 day no questions asked policy. If you are not satisfied with your product(s), we can offer you a full refund depending on your product(s). For a full return to be processed, our customers must return the product(s) to us and follow our return policy . At this time, we offer our customers in-store credit for any poufettes, cushions and rugs you ordered with us. We review our guarantee policy regularly to ensure we support our customers fairly. I have missed the timeframe for returns. Is there anything you can do?

We promise all of our customers a 30 day no questions asked promise against all of our products. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds after the 30 day no questions period to treat our customers equally.
