When you order, our warehouse team usually picks and packs the same day to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered within a speedy timeframe. We understand that our customers don't like waiting around, so we make sure that we dispatch as soon as possible to get to our courier and on your doorstep.

How do I know my order has been placed?

You’ll receive confirmation of your order once you’ve hit the buy now button on our online store. You’ll receive an email with the details of your order and can check your orders on ‘My Account’ too.

Can I track my order?

Yes. all delivery options are fully tracked and we’ll email you a link with your tracking information once we’ve shipped from our warehouse. You can also track your orders on ‘My Account’.

When do you dispatch my order?

We usually dispatch within the same or next working day. However, this may take longer during peak periods or bank holidays. If you’ve placed multiple orders within a few days of each other, we cannot guarantee that your orders will be sent together as we aim to dispatch within 12-24 hours.

There’s an item missing from my order. Help!

In the event you’ve made an order and an item is missing from your order, please contact our support team immediately. In some cases, items may be sent separately, however, if your item is still missing, our support team investigate and track the item from our warehouse.

Will Covid-19 outbreak affect my order?

Unfortunately, due to covid-19 outbreak will are unable to guarantee our shipping and delivery timeframe as we are under additional strain. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, however, some orders may be delayed slightly. This is because our top priority is to make sure our staffs are safe picking and packing your order, as well as to ensure your order is free-from contamination and all our customers are safe when shopping with us.
